I wanted to surprise my mum with flowers at work (in the UK), and it was a last minute order. Julie was wonderful. I called her about 4 days before our event and told her what we were after knowing that it could be a bit of a tall order! Julie explained that she'd need to make a few quick calls to see if she could get what we needed and she'd call back within the hour, she called back quickly and told me she could sort everything I needed and at a very reasonable price! When I went to collect the flowers, they were absolutely beautiful and better than expected. She also gave me some really helpful information about what I could do to care for them to get the most out of them and then what I could do with the stems/buds after the event. What amazing service from this independent florist. I ordered some flowers for my sister on a Saturday morning after returning from hospital. The flowers were delivered within 2hrs and they were absolutely stunning. They went above and beyond, by taking the flowers into the house for my sister, as she had recently had an operation and the flowers were heavy to carry, and I received a WhatsApp and video of the flowers to let me know that had been delivered. I loved the floristry workshop. After a busy day at work, it was very relaxing to spend time with beautiful flowers and such a patient teacher. The bouquets that just keep on giving! 5 day old flowers that seem to be getting bigger every day as all the blooms open up more. We can not praise Julie enough for our Dads beautiful casket display. Julie listened to us and produced just the right thing with a selection of flowers that perfectly accompanied his paratrooper beret. Joanne did our wedding flowers and there where truly amazing. I gave her a very rough idea of what I wanted and she created masterpieces. I was blown away when Joanne turned up on the day with them. I had given her some material to match my bridesmaids dresses and he used them through all my flowers. Joanne came and showed myself and my bridesmaids how to hold our flowers on the morning of the wedding. Exceptional service! Book her for your wedding you won’t regret it!

Wow! Our wedding flowers were incredible. Everybody was eager to know who did our flowers, and I must say I don’t blame them because they really did steal the show. A huge thank you to Julie Nicholas Florist for the flowers for my daughter’s wedding. Julie listened so carefully to the type of wedding it was and more than delivered everything we could have wished for. The groom is Australian and Julie included eucalyptus and some succulents in the bridal bouquet and groom’s buttonholes. The lavender and eucalyptus pew ends made the church and then the reception smell beautiful and reminded the groom’s family of home. The flowers truly could not have been more perfect and fitted the style of the wedding exactly. We will send photos of the bride and bridesmaids with bouquets as soon as we get official ones through (we were all too busy enjoying the moment to take photos) but I would recommend Julie to any bride - you can rest easy she will deliver what you hope for. Julie did the flowers for my Nan's funeral and I asked for "The best" instead of "Nan" and a spray to match; to go on the coffin. When we saw the care and attention that had gone into them as my Nan's hearse arrived - we were blown away. It also made us smile and have a real "Nan would absolutely love them moment" which made the morning feel completely unique and still full of her spirit and personality.
