A gentleman rang another florist, opened with a cheerful “Hi Julie!”… and got the reply: “Sorry, I’m not Julie!”
He told me he was so set on speaking to me, he didn’t even check the number first! He laughed, apologised, and rang me straight away to tell me the whole story.
He said: “I wouldn’t trust anyone else with this order — I just knew I had to speak to you.”

I just popped to the toilet, came back to my workspace, and there it was — this soft, perfect white feather resting right there on the floor.
